The Government of Punjab, through the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), has launched the “Punjab Zameen” mobile application to provide citizens with convenient access to land-related services. This initiative aims to enhance service delivery and ensure transparency in land record management.
Obtain Fard (Ownership Document): Users can request and receive various types of Fard after completing a verification process, allowing them to keep track of their land-related transactions.
Future Services: Upcoming updates are expected to include features such as booking appointments for visiting Arazi Record Centers, processing Fard for sale, and initiating land transfers.
The app is available for Android devices and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
The Punjab Zameen app is part of the PLRA’s broader effort to digitize land records, aiming to transform manual land record management into an efficient, accountable, secure, and transparent system through integrated technology solutions.
